Assessment process

From scoping call to findings workshop

This page shows how Network Map Point delivers network quality analytics for messaging apps as a structured assessment — so you know what happens each week before you inquire.

Team discussing a plan around a table

1. Scoping conversation

We clarify which message flows matter — text, voice notes, media — and which Malaysian regions or carrier combinations to cover. You leave with a written scope and a proposed measurement calendar.

2. Preparation checklist

You name contacts for measurement windows, confirm test accounts, and share anonymised traffic profiles if you have them. We never ask for production admin credentials.

3. Timed measurement windows

Send and receive runs happen at agreed hours, including at least one congested evening when that is relevant. We log latency bands, incomplete deliveries, and reconnect behaviour after interruptions.

4. Analysis and draft report

Findings are grouped by region, time of day, and message type. Diagrams stay readable for mixed product and operations audiences.

5. Findings workshop

We walk through the report together, rank remediation options, and leave a short action list your team can own. Optional follow-up reviews are available when traffic seasons change.

What we need from you

  • Two contact people for scheduling windows
  • Agreed test accounts or public endpoints
  • Regions already known to struggle, if any
  • Launch or festival dates that constrain timing

What we bring

  • Measurement plan tailored to messaging traffic
  • Corridor sampling discipline across agreed paths
  • Plain-language report and workshop facilitation
  • Ipoh base with reach into nearby Perak towns when field checks help
