Acceptance

By using this website or commissioning an assessment, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services described

Pages describing assessments, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when a written scope is accepted and any required deposit is received. We do not provide software licences, payment processing, or continuous monitoring products through this site.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials we create remain the property of Network Map Point unless a statement of work assigns specific report rights to you. You may use delivered reports internally for your messaging reliability work. Public republication requires our written consent.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate scoping information, lawful access to agreed test accounts or public endpoints, and timely contacts for measurement windows. You remain responsible for your production systems and for decisions made after receiving our findings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Network Map Point is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use or from decisions made after an assessment. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep site information current but do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free. Rates are guidance until confirmed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from services commissioned through this site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
