Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026. This policy applies to paid assessment engagements with Network Map Point for network quality analytics on messaging apps. It does not cover software products, physical goods, or subscriptions because we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds are considered for deposits or fees paid toward a scoped assessment when cancellation or material failure to deliver occurs under the conditions below. Informational website browsing never creates a charge.
Timeframe to request
Send refund requests to info@network-mappoint.digital within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, our cancellation of a booked engagement, or your timely cancellation under the windows below).
Full refunds
A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel an engagement before measurement windows begin and no mutually agreed substitute date is set within thirty days. A full refund also applies if we fail to deliver the agreed report and workshop without a comparable remedy.
Partial refunds
If you cancel after scoping is complete but before the first measurement window, we may retain up to thirty percent of the engagement fee to cover preparation already performed, and refund the remainder of amounts paid. If measurement has started, fees for completed stages are non-refundable; unused later stages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
Non-refundable items
- Completed findings workshops and delivered final reports
- Travel costs already incurred for agreed field sampling, when itemised in the scope
- Administrative fees explicitly labelled non-refundable in a statement of work
Deposits
Deposits secure calendar time. Deposits become non-refundable once the first measurement window begins. Before that point, deposit treatment follows the partial refund rules above.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule measurement windows once without fee when you give at least five business days’ notice. Later notice or repeated reschedules may forfeit deposit portions covering reserved analyst time. No-shows for agreed workshops without twenty-four hours’ notice may require a rescheduling fee stated in the scope.
Work already started
Analysis, draft report writing, and field sampling already performed are considered delivered work stages and are charged even if you later pause the engagement.
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days. We will confirm the amount in writing before transfer.
